HOPE Foundation of Jo Daviess County
Our mission is to provide financial assistance to individuals with disabilities and the agencies that serve them in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. The HOPE Foundation of Jo Daviess County requires the submission of grant applications in order to disburse funds. If you are a family, individual or agency in need of assistance, please submit a grant application.

Our Requests for grants must be related, but not limited to:
Health – Housing – Transportation – Education – Employment
Consideration is based upon one or more functional limitations in self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, mobility, capacity for independent living, cognitive functioning, and emotional adjustment.
